Marketing cheese is handled both on a contractual and a spot basis. The T.C. Jacoby marketing team works daily with all channels of distributon including foodservice customers, international customers and food brokers who supply retail operations. The types of cheeses marketed include Natural American style varieties including Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Colby, Pepper Jack, Colby Jack and Processed American varieties. In addition, soft and hard Italian and Hispanic cheeses are available.

Salted and unsalted butter is brokered by T.C. Jacoby & Co. with the same level of service and expertise in balancing supply and demand. We can satisfy butter ingredient and packaging specifications for foodservice, industrial, retail or export markets.
